Calibration
As we approach heating season here is a
short reminder with instructions for
ensuring your analyzers are calibrated and
ready for the jobs you have ahead. If you
require calibration for any of your TPI
instruments please follow the instructions
below and/or contact us for assistance.

Repair and Calibration
Test Products International offers a full
calibration and repair facility capable of
servicing all TPI branded equipment. Service
work is performed on a first come first
serve basis. Typical turn around time for
standard service work is 5 to 7 days in
house. This does not include shipping time.
Products received via expedited shipping are
given priority.
There is no fee to evaluate a product and
provide an estimate. A TPI representative
will contact you for approval of out of
warranty repairs prior to performing any
work. The customer is responsible for
shipping expenses to TPI; TPI pays return
shipping expenses.

No prior authorization is required. Be sure
to include your UPS returnable shipping
address, contact information, and a brief
description of the problem or service
required. Proof of purchase is required to
