Instrument Repair and Calibration
Test Products International offers a full calibration and repair facility capable of servicing all TPI branded equipment. Service work is performed on a first come first serve basis. Please contact us for current turn-around time. This does not include shipping time. Products received via expedited shipping are given priority.
There is no fee to evaluate a product and provide an estimate. A TPI representative will contact you for approval of out of warranty repairs prior to performing any work. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses to TPI; TPI pays for return ground shipping expenses (does not include international shipments). Expedited return shipping (i.e. Overnight or Second Day) is available at the customer’s expense and must be requested.
Option One
For fastest service with detailed online status updates register or login with the TPI Customer Portal and use the form provided to initiate your Service Request. Follow the emailed instructions and we will update you by email and in-portal mailbox notification of your service status, and when you can complete payment online.
